Yes - We ask you to book prior to arriving. This allows us time to consider and space out the class as required and to manage class spaces and waitlists.
If this is not possible - please just come and book as you arrive but be aware classes may be full or schedule changed.
-
Most importantly make sure you are comfortable. Read over the description of the class you are attending and dress accordingly. Generally layers to add/remove are good.
We provide all equipment for classes so you have one less thing to worry about we also understand you may rather bring your own. All equipment is fully sanitised pre and post class for your health and safety. No beach mats are permitted in the studio.
Shoes are not permitted in the studio - we advise bare feet or gripping socks.
-
We care about you enjoying and getting the most from your class. To help us with this:
Please do arrive on time - Arriving late may forfeit your space to a person on the wait list. Late admission will not be permitted once class has started for your enjoyment and others.
Leave your iphone/iwatches and tech out of class - give yourself a break from it all and take your selfies / tag us after class instead. If preferred you can leave your tech with our receptionist while in class. The reception and coat storage area is always kept secure during class.
When you are in the studios please be thoughtful and respectful of others and be quiet. If you and a friend wish to chat- head to our relaxed reception to catch up pre or post class.
Give each other space - be aware of your own body and space and proximity to others.
Most importantly - be kind, be chilled and enjoy. If something is not right or has detracted from your Move experience - We want to know - Please talk to us so we can make it right.
